​Community Business Enterprise (CBE) Participation
The project aligns with Los Angeles County’s CBE Program, with a goal of awarding 25% of total dollars to businesses that are minority-owned, women-owned, disadvantaged, disabled veteran-owned, or LGBTQ-owned.

Local and Targeted Worker Hire Program
To foster community engagement and employment, at least 30% of California construction labor hours for the project must be performed by Local Residents, with 10% of those hours reserved for Targeted Workers who face barriers to employment.

• A minimum ratio of one apprentice hour for every five journeyman hours will be enforced.

• Contractors are encouraged to aim for half of all apprentice hours to be performed by Local and Targeted Workers.​
